**Job Title: Product Designer**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify user needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitors' products to discern market gaps and opportunities.

2. **Conceptualization and Ideation**:

- Generate creative design concepts and ideas for new products.
- Develop sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design proposals.

3. **Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork**:

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, marketers, and product managers.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, incorporating them into the design process.

4. **Prototyping and Testing**:

- Create both physical and digital prototypes to test and refine design concepts.
- Utilize prototyping tools and methodologies to conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.

5. **User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Focus on creating intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Develop user flows, information architecture, and interactive elements to enhance overall usability.

6. **User Interface (UI) Design**:

- Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
- Consider elements such as color schemes, typography, iconography, and overall aesthetics.

7. **Material and Manufacturing Considerations**:

- Possess knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes to ensure design feasibility.
- Collaborate with production teams to address manufacturing constraints and optimize designs for production.

8. **Testing and Iterative Improvement**:

- Conduct thorough usability testing and analyze results to make iterative improvements.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing outcomes, and stakeholder input.

9 **Home Industry**

a. Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.

b. Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training to enhance skills and stay informed about industry developments.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in product design, or a related field.

2. **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino).

3. **Communication Skills**:

- Strong verbal and visual communication skills to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate efficiently with cross-functional teams.

4. **Problem-Solving**:

- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges.

5. **Portfolio**:

- A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving, and a user-centric approach.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
