**Job Title**: Quality Check Inspector (QCI)

**Job Overview**: The Quality Check Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards by inspecting and testing materials, components, and finished goods. They monitor production processes to identify defects, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, an understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to effectively communicate any issues to the production team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspect Products**: Perform detailed visual and physical inspections of products, parts, and materials to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
- **Testing and Evaluation**: Conduct various tests (e.g., measurements, functional testing) to ensure products meet specified standards and specifications.
- **Document Findings**: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, quality checks, and any defects identified, including photographs or samples when necessary.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure that production processes and products comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- **Quality Control Procedures**: Follow and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance, ensuring consistency and reliability across all stages of production.
- **Coordinate with Teams**: Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest improvements in production processes, techniques, or equipment to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
- **Report Defects**: Record and report any recurring defects, provide feedback on potential causes, and suggest solutions to prevent issues.
- **Verify Corrective Actions**: Follow up to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented and are effective in addressing quality issues.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: SSLC or PUC
- Experience: Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift or move items of varying weights.
- Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures or noise levels, depending on the manufacturing setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
