The Content Writer and Copywriter at IND will play a crucial role in creating compelling and engaging content in Bengali that effectively communicates our brand's message and resonates with our target audience. This role requires a creative storyteller with a passion for neurodevelopment-related topics and the ability to craft persuasive marketing copy that drives engagement and action.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- **Copywriting**: Write clear, concise, and persuasive marketing copy that effectively communicates IND's value proposition and key messages across different marketing channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to align copy with campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies.
- **Research and Insights**: Conduct thorough research to gather insights and develop a deep understanding of neurodevelopment-related topics, industry trends, and audience preferences. Stay updated on the latest developments in neurodevelopmental wellness and incorporate relevant information into content creation.
- **Adaptability and Creativity**: Tailor writing styles, tones, and formats to suit the preferences of diverse audiences and platforms. Exercise creativity and innovation in content creation to capture attention, evoke emotions, and drive engagement.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and adherence to style guidelines across all marketing materials. Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to maintain brand integrity and alignment in content creation.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Review and edit copy for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand standards. Ensure that all content meets quality standards and is error-free before publication or distribution.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies relevant to content creation and copywriting. Analyse performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, with a focus on creating engaging content in Bengali.
- Excellent writing skills in Bengali, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, digital marketing strategies, and content management systems (CMS) is advantageous.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
