**Job Title**: Marketing Executive / Marketing Staff

**Location**: Trivandrum

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote mattresses and related products.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and direct customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Organize promotional events, in-store activities, and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product demonstrations when required.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and conversion.
- Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, online promotions, etc.).

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in marketing or sales (preferably in FMCG, furniture, or mattress industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for marketing activities and client visits.
