- Code Review Metric / Vulnerability Report - Vertical Wise
- Hours capturing against each Story & Task
- Dashboard on Requirements management over new products vs enhancements in current projects and its impact in monthly quarterly sprint planning
- Standardization of existing JIRA Workflow across all Engineering verticals
- Baselining needs to be done basis the data collection from each vertical
- JIRA Workflow needs to be re-designed
- Identify and address obstacles or challenges impeding Agile adoption and team performance
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to establish and track key performance metrics and goals
- Analyze team data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Act as a change agent to promote an Agile mindset and continuous improvement culture
- Support the implementation and integration of Agile tools and software
- Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile principles
- Experience coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams and individuals
- Proficient in facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting effective collaboration
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvements and enhance team performance - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Practitioner) is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and guide teams through organizational transformations - Education:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) is preferred
