**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Cybrom brand voice, values, and business objectives.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Product, to brainstorm, plan, and execute content for our Edtech Business.

4. Content writing as well as managing freelance content writer, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure consistent quality and alignment with brand standards.

5. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and audience preferences to inform content development and optimization strategies.

6. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX), leveraging keyword research, metadata optimization, and content formatting techniques.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt content style and tone for different audiences and channels.

3. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

4. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to producing compelling, impactful content that drives engagement and action.

5. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
