Mep Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site MEP activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
- Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
- Review MEP design and construction drawings, identify technical issues and propose solutions.
- Ensure all MEP works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP works.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and adherence to technical standards.
- Manage and resolve technical challenges and site issues effectively and efficiently.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5 years of experience in MEP supervision** with a proven track record in **hotel construction projects**.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project management principles, and applicable codes and standards.
- Hands-on experience in managing contractors and subcontractors on large-scale hospitality projects.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,768.72 - ₹50,000.00 per month
