**Job Description** Job Description**:

- Minimum 1-2 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, Indirect Procurement
- Data Base Management: MIS, information gathering, general sourcing of vendors and items
- Stake Holder communication: He/she will be required to work with vendors and internal stake holders across India. Ability to generate clear specifcation from indenter's communication is must
- Project Management: To work in a cross functional team with interdependent actions and roles
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work in global environment
- Knowledge about logistics, SCM and Tax compliances.
- Implementation of Source to Contract (S2C) and P2P (Procure to pay) steps in respective transaction.
- Client operations experience will be added advantage in this position
- Exposure to non-IT services like Transport, Utilities, Security Services, Catering, facility management, Office Supplies and services, office repair and maintenance, AMCs for technical assets like HVAC, DG sets etc,
- Strong exposure of the Source to pay process in captive environment.
- Experience in dealing with reputed IFM, employee transport, Security service providers.
- Excellent communication and Presentation skills
- Very good knowledge of MS word, excel, outlook. He/she should have hands on experience of Oracle/SAP/Peoplesoft (any one of them).

**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or commerce.

MBA or post graduation in materials management or SCM will be an added advantage.
