**Job Description**:
We are on the search for a true visionary, someone who can drive excellence, champion best practices, and transform recruitment processes on a global scale. The individual will play a pivotal role in attracting and acquiring top talent who will drive our success forward. Your expertise and leadership will be the catalyst for transforming our Talent Acquisition function into a powerhouse of innovation and effectiveness. In this role, individual will have the freedom to revolutionize end-to-end recruitment processes, setting new standards of excellence within the industry. Your ability to inspire and influence will be paramount as you lead our global teams towards a unified and best-in-class talent acquisition strategy.

Location can be either Pune or Bangalore

Duties & Responsibilities

What you'll do
- Deliver end to end process management for the 360-recruitment cycle.
- Lead on global alignment to drive consistency in Talent Acquisition managing strategic resourcing projects and encouraging best practice.
- Review global data to use in TA related conversations to drive best in practice processes and experience.
- Review hiring processes to enable the delivery team and hiring community to effectively attract, select and retain our hires.
- Design and facilitate in house training for the Global Talent Acquisition team and connect with multi-functional teams on process related projects.
- Work with the TA communities regionally whilst driving a consistent global approach.
- Seek efficiencies in process design gain participant feedback regularly to evaluate their experience.
- Manage the Agency PSL across all areas of the business.

The Individual

What you'll definitely need
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology preferably within a global organisation.
- Build strong relationships, communicating and influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition Technology including ATS / CRM systems.
- Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources and drive solutions in a complex and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to be clear, concise and professional in delivery of messaging.
- Able to manage stakeholder relationships proactively for the positive outcome of team and company.
- Proven TA experience within a complex environment.
- Comfortable using predictive analytics to identify outcomes and improve decision making, e.g. sourcing strategics & strategic workforce shaping, and DE&I.
- Able to plan own work within agreed deadlines.
- Able to follow and/ or create a project plan.
