**Job Description of E Commerce Executive(For International)**

**Why is this Role/ Position there in the Company ? **This role is for Online Sales of Midson International (P) Ltd.

1) Thorough Research for the products to be uploaded on
Portals.
2) Create a Product viability study with complete financial details on Excel.
3) Coordinate with the Product Purchase team for the inventory.
5) **Running Promotions, Sponsored Campaigns (Sp.**

**What Activities will he perform**
6) Expand to other marketplaces
7) **Inventory Management in all Amazon Warehouses**
8) **Complete knowledge of Amazon US FBA Shipment**
**Process including documentation.**
9) Raising the claims with the portals (If any).
10) **Coordinating with the team for Order Process, Packing and Stock Maintenance.**
11) Coordinating with Customers for Order, Clarifications and Complaints.
12) Compiling Sale, Purchase and Payment Data.

**What are the minimum qualifications needed? **Graduate (B.COM)

**What are the preferred qualifications needed? **Graduate

1) **Extensive work experience on E-Commerce Portals.**
**2) Knowledge of drafting E-Catalogs.**
3) Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power
- point.
4) Excellent Communication Skill.

**What are the mandatory skills required ? **5) Good Numerical skills.
6) Time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines.
7) **Inventory Management in all Amazon Warehouses**
8) Strong attention to minute details.
9) Ability to cope up with pressure.
