Job Purpose

To teach, research, and contribute to the academic development of the Finance discipline while supporting students’ learning and career growth at Master School of Management, Meerut.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate finance courses (e.g., Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Markets, International Finance).
- Guide students in projects, internships, and dissertations.
- Conduct quality research and publish in reputed journals.
- Assist in curriculum development and program improvement.
- Participate in academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities of the department.
- Engage with industry for practical exposure, case studies, and guest lectures.
- Support accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Finance/Management with UGC-NET qualification (mandatory).
- Ph.D. in Finance or related field (preferred/mandatory as per UGC norms).
- Demonstrated research ability with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Teaching or industry experience in Finance will be an added advantage.

Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of financial modeling, analytics, and emerging fintech areas.
- Proficiency in financial software and statistical tools (e.g., R, SPSS, Python, Bloomberg).

Strong communication, mentoring, and academic writing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
