**Position**:Customer Care Executive

**Location**: Mohali, Punjab

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-Time (Work in Office)

**Shift**: Day/Night Rotational

**Interview**:Face to Face Only

**Qualification**: 12th or Any Graduate

**Language**: English (V-6), Hindi

**Skill Set**:

- Exceptional Problem solving and analysing skills.
- The tone of voice should be Clear and good in English.
- Must be capable to handle Customer Calls and queries
- Have Basic Computer Knowledge
- Excellent spoken Communication Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
