As a Business Finance Partner, you’ll work in a team of highly motivated FP&A partners who provide financial support for our business units. You will be responsible for supporting the corporate reporting and planning processes and drive excellence by improving business decisions at a corporate level. You’ll be using your analytical skills to provide transparency and decision-making support to Executive leadership team. In this role, you’ll need outstanding networking skills as you’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders and tasked with creating tangible business value throughout the organization.
- Delivering the monthly Financial Management Report at a group level and providing insights into deviation of the realized numbers
- Driving the annual inflation modelling process to estimate corporate level financial targets in alignment with ExLT
- Supporting the Annual budget process by collaborating with planning partners / Account managers / IT team to build the corporate annual budget package for ExLT and for approval of Board of Directors
- Playing a key role in the Quarterly Sales Forecast processes by collaborating with various finance business partners and challenging their inputs (where relevant) to consolidate accurate sales forecast numbers
- Participating in projects and initiatives undertaken by the team to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the Business Finance processes from time to time

**To succeed you must have**:

- A Qualified CA/CMA Certification or Intermediates OR
- A Master’s degree in Finance (Preferably from premier MBA schools)
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in an FP&A role, 8-12 years
- A motivated and independent approach to your work
