**Looking for an Accounts Executive, to provide support to the financial department by managing the daily accounting task.**
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings (TDS & GST)
- Assist with other accounting projects
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Skills needed**:

- Excellent organizing abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent accounting software user

**Prerequisites**
- Laptop should be available
- Good Internet Connectivity
