**Job Title: Research Analyst (Non-IT Staffing)**

**Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within non-IT staffing sectors.
- Analyze industry data and employment trends to identify areas of high demand for staffing services.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and expand our client base.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure ethical and effective recruitment processes.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed to achieve company objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Research Analyst or similar role, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for sourcing and lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with non-IT industries and staffing processes is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
