We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Google Ads Executive to join our **Digi Hawks Marketing** family.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, execute and monitor advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure that campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and goals
- Write compelling ad copy and create visually appealing ads that resonate with target audiences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools to measure success and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising, preferably with experience in social media advertising
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write compelling ad copy and create visually appealing ads
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
