**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary liaison for prospective students interested in our IT programs, offering comprehensive information and guidance throughout the admissions journey.
- Provide detailed insights into program specifics, including curriculum, specializations, and career pathways, empowering students to make informed decisions about their educational pursuits.
- Conduct personalized advising sessions to address individual questions, concerns, and academic goals, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all applicants.
- Collaborate closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure a streamlined admissions process and seamless transition for accepted students.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments within the IT sector, integrating relevant insights into counseling sessions and informational materials.
- Represent the institution at recruitment events, workshops, and industry conferences, promoting our IT programs and engaging with prospective students and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, computer science, education, etc.); advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in admissions counseling, student advising, or a related capacity within the IT industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for conveying technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds in their educational and career endeavors.
- Proficiency in navigating educational technologies and databases, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in managing applicant information.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
