**The Position**

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Develop and update course materials, including screen captures and written content, for OPSWAT Academy's online training platform.
- Conduct live training sessions at various venues around the world.
- Host webinars, and online workshops for a diverse audience, ranging from beginners to advanced professionals.
- Create and host virtual labs to provide hands-on experience with OPSWAT's technology.
- Become an SME on OPSWAT's solutions and technology.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into digestible and understandable content for learners.
- Engage with the learner community, providing support and guidance to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Work closely with industry experts to develop specialized modules that address the nuances of securing interconnected IT and OT systems.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to stay updated on the latest developments and incorporate them into the training curriculum.

**What We Need From You**
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical training or instructional role.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience with basic virtualization environments for creating and hosting labs.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming for custom integrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with screen capture and content creation tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
