PPC Executive

Key Responsibilities:
**Production Planning**:

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand demand forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly.
- **Resource Allocation**:

- Monitor and allocate raw materials, machinery, and labor to optimize production efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track production progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, efficiency, and quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Address production issues proactively and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving any production-related queries.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Textile Diploma, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the têxtile industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
