**Job Description: Garments Supervisor**

**Position**:Madeups Supervisor in Home Textile**
**Location**:Erode

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Teams**: Supervise workers in cutting, stitching, ironing, checking, and packing clothes.
- **Ensure Quality**: Make sure all clothes are made correctly and check for any mistakes.
- **Organize Work**: Give clear tasks to workers and make sure everything gets done on time.
- **Solve Problems**: Fix any issues that happen during production to keep things running smoothly.
- **Safety**: Make sure workers are following safety rules and working in a safe environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Diploma or Degree
