**Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive - E-commerce Operations to join our growing E-commerce team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end order processing for online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatches.
- Monitor stock availability, pricing, and offers.
- Resolve operational issues such as order delays, return disputes, and escalations.
- Maintain accurate reporting for returns, sales performance, and stock reconciliation.
- Collaborate with marketplace account managers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to platform SLAs and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of Easycom Software is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above (preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce or supply chain operations
- **Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.)**:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
