**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate **flexographic printing machines** (UV/Water-based/solvent-based inks).
- Set up printing jobs including **plate mounting, ink preparation, die cutting**, and machine settings.
- Perform **job changeovers** efficiently with mínimal downtime.
- Maintain **consistent color registration** and print quality as per client requirements.
- Conduct **routine maintenance** and minor repairs of the printing machine.
- Identify and troubleshoot print defects (smudging, misregistration, color variation).
- Maintain production reports and ensure correct **job documentation**.
- Follow all **safety procedures** and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Ensure material usage and waste control for cost-effective operations.
- Work closely with the **QA and production team** to ensure timely delivery of orders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
