At Web Nautical, we empower businesses to grow digitally through web development, mobile apps, hybrid solutions, and digital marketing. We are now expanding our team and looking for a passionate SMO Executive to manage and grow our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop creative social media strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and brand visibility
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms
- Monitor performance, analyze insights, and prepare reports on social media growth
- Research and implement the latest trends, hashtags, and best practices
- Work closely with the content and design teams for impactful posts and campaigns
- Manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

Skills & Requirements
- Proven 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization/Management
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and algorithms
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics
- Content planning & calendar management
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to increase organic reach, engagement, and follower base

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
