**Job Title: Site Supervisor - Ados Interiors**

**Location: Bengaluru**

**Type: Full-Time**

**Job Summary**:
As a Site Supervisor at Ados Interiors, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our interior design projects from initiation through to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your leadership will drive the coordination of all site activities, ensuring safety compliance and effective communication among all stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and direct interior design projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, technicians, and other site workers.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Guarantee quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers.
- Address operational problems and emergencies efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment on site.
- Should be willing to travel to sites within Bengaluru.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year working experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior design execution.
- Diploma or degree in construction management, architecture, interior design, or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of Interior materials, processes, and standards.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and project management software.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and human resources management skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
