Rôle et responsabilités

**Sales & Marketing**
- Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD
- Responsible for price & performance data updates
- Responsible for receipt of customer product queries for RFQ
- Responsible for coordination with engineering/design team of customer for better understanding about the requirement and communicate all specific design requirements to ARI design team
- Responsible for customer query handling
- Responsible for SAP, CRM activities, Price master entries for West region. Customer master data monitoring SA, PIR, source creation PR creation, PO creation.

**P & L Management**
- Responsible for handling product quotations.
- Responsible for payment collection within the credit period given.
- Responsible for inventory control.

**Customer Relations**
- Responsible for timely redressal of pre& post sales customer queries.
- Responsible for communication with customer for Price Increase & Forex Increase.

Formation et expérience

Qualification - BA / Bsc. / Bcom / BBA

Experience - 2 to 4 Years
