**1. Greet and welcome guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues.**

**2. Manage check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and key card issuance.**

**3. Handle guest registrations, cancellations, and modifications.**

**4. Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions.**

**5. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages.**

**6. Maintain accurate records, update guest information.**

**7. Coordinate room upgrades/downgrades, resolve room assignment issues.**

**8. Liaise with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.**

**9. Handle guest complaints, resolve issues promptly.**

**10. Maintain lobby area, ensure cleanliness and organization**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
