We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Workday Recruiting /HCM Specialist to join our HR technology team. As a specialist you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday system to support our end-to-end recruitment process. Your expertise will ensure that our recruiting /HCM efforts are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with our talent acquisition goals.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize the Workday HCM system to meet the needs of various HR functions, including but not limited to workforce planning, talent management, compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee self-service.
- System Maintenance: Regularly review and update the Workday Recruiting/HR to reflect changes in organizational structure, job roles, and other relevant data. Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues promptly.
- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment /HR data within the Workday system. Monitor data quality, perform data imports and exports, and implement data clean-up initiatives as needed.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze current recruitment processes and identify opportunities for automation, streamlining, and optimization within the Workday.
- Integration Management: Work closely with the HRIS team to manage integrations between the Workday Recruiting and other HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and a unified user experience.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR users, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on how to effectively use the Workday Recruiting. Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the system.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and dashboards within the Workday system to provide insights into recruitment metrics, trends, and performance. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that the Workday Recruiting is compliant with relevant data privacy and security regulations. Implement and maintain access controls, data retention policies, and other security measures.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and enhancements to the Workday Recruiting. Leverage your knowledge to propose and implement new features that could improve our recruitment processes.
