**About the Role**

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for maintaining the brand’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching, strategising with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of work experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight)
- Experience in setting up and optimising ad campaigns (e.g. Google Adwords, Facebook Ads)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Proficiency in English and Hindi

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
