Purpose of the Job
**Main Accountabilities**:
Nature of the Activities
**SWS BU FP&A**:
Delivering monthly reports
- ROCE vs EBIT (Yearly)
- Inventory accuracy report (as a part of QMS audit) (yearly)
- Bekaert financials - Master file (monthly)
- Monthly performance consolidation (monthly)
- SWS Outlook reporting (PAP) (fortnightly)
- Commercial segment report (monthly)
- Commercial outlook report (weekly)
- Sales Cost Margin reporting (monthly)
- Sales and volume reporting (monthly)
- Global Cash Planner (monthly)
- Outlook report accuracy (quarterly)
- Working capital management
- Highlighting unrealistic R&Os
- Ensuring robust and updated list exists and do necessary follow-ups
- Getting an update from the team on old R&Os to track their progress
Add on tasks
- Ad hoc financial support with detailed analysis on required project by using current tools (BW & BFC)
- Also supporting in planning cycle for X+1 and X+5 by helping in financial model consolidation and other requirement (Presentation, one-pager etc)
- CFIN support
- Developing new reports with focus on reports mentioned below. These are currently under development and target is to complete
Variance analysis (Production Cost) - 3Q’22
AP forecast - to be done in 2Q’22
Wire rod input and output analysis -3Q’22
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or related field.
- Professional qualification as PGPM
Technical Skills
- Proficient in excel skills
- Expert knowledge of all Bekaert systems BFC, Power BI and other reporting tools
- Knowledge and understanding of operations of accounting & financial function is essential.
- Software knowledge - Expert in MS Excel, Word & Power point.
