About the Team
The Value Stream Acceleration Services team is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into an enterprise SaaS product, with the goal of accelerating the delivery of value to customers. The team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams are delivering maximum value. The team is committed to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

**Responsibilities**:
Teach, coach and mentor Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Lean and Agile methodologies, principles, and practices to facilitate self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver content for trainings and other communications on Agile and Lean topics
Promote continuous improvement and continuous flow of work by identifying and implementing Agile best practices
Develop and maintain metrics to track team progress and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Be a thought leader with executive leadership to promote Agile values and principles throughout the organization.
Lead organizational Agile transformations and provide guidance to stakeholders on Agile adoption and implementation.
Focus on personal and professional development to stay current with Agile trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
Basic Qualifications
5 + years of coaching people, leadership and teams transform from doing agile to being agile

Experience leading multiple agile teams and working with executive leadership.
Ability to quickly assess teams’ maturity, develop a coaching plan and strategically take on the appropriate stance (coach, teacher, mentor, partner) to help the team
Proficiency in delivering training on Agile and Lean concepts and tools
Track record of driving behavior and culture change across all levels of the organization
Ensure uniform understanding & practice of Agile methods & processes across teams
Certifications such as PSK, PSM, CSP, CSM, CSPO, PMI/ACP, SPC etc. a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UKG Product Suites, or with HCM Solutions and a clear understanding of the SDLC
Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and to pivot quickly
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Strong facilitation skills and demonstrated experience in both live in-person and live-virtual environments
Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office
