Crystona Hotels & Resorts is a growing hospitality brand offering premium stays, fine dining, weddings, and retreat experiences in Rishikesh. We are expanding our sales & marketing team to enhance our brand presence and drive more business opportunities.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in leisure, corporate, MICE, and wedding segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquets, F&B, and retreat packages across different market segments.
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets set by the management.
- Execute local marketing campaigns, promotions, and tie-ups to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports for management review.
- Act as a brand ambassador of Crystona Hotels & Resorts in the assigned market.

**Requirements**:

- Based in Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in Sales & Marketing within the **hotel/hospitality industry**.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Must own a **two-wheeler (with valid license)** for local travel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
