
Mis Executive and Sales Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Performance Reporting**:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports using advanced Excel techniques such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Analyze sales trends, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
**- Customer Interaction Documentation**:
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and touchpoints to support sales and service operations.
**- MIS Operations & Process Optimization**:
- Utilize MIS expertise to optimize the preparation and delivery of reports by automating processes and improving data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine reporting tools and methodologies.
**- Stakeholder Communication**:
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and clients.
- Respond to ad-hoc report requests and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and macros).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with MIS operations and process optimization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools or database management systems.
Pay: ₹15,306.98 - ₹27,042.86 per month
