We are seeking a creative and detailed
- oriented Merchandiser to join our dynamic Team. This role combines designer innovation with strategic product management, focusing on developing andoverseeing a range of merchandise that aligns with our brand identity and market trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Design**:
Conceptualize and design innovative merchandise products that resonate with our target audience.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to gather insights and ensure designs meet market needs.

Create detailed specifications, including materials, colours, and manufacturing processes.

Develop prototypes and oversee the sampling process to ensure quality and design integrity

**Product Management**:
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including timeline development and budget management.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and quality assurance.

Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for future iterations or new product lines.

**Collaboration and Communication**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy.

Present design concepts and product strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback for improvements.

Maintain clear communication with vendors and partners throughout the development process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
