**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Student Guidance: -**
- Provide information to prospective students about academic programs, admission requirements, and other aspects of the institution.
- Offer guidance and support to students in understanding their academic and career goals.

**Application Process**:

- Address inquiries related to admissions procedures, program details, financial aid, and scholarships.

**Events and Outreach: -**
- Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions to attract and engage prospective students.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.

**Collaboration: -**
- Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and other administrative units to ensure accurate information is provided to prospective students.

**Records and Reporting: -**
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.
- Generate reports on admissions-related activities and outcomes.

**Admission Policies:

- Stay informed about changes in admission policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation standards.
