**Roles and responsibilities:

- **
- Managing outbound and inbound calls.
- Providing information to the customers about the service offered by the company.
- Completing and verifying documentation process of the customers related to financial market, mutual fund etc.
- Resolving the queries of the customers over the call.
- Obtaining and Updating list of Individual contact details.
- Being punctual to the office.
- Regularly maintaining data record.

**Skills required:

- **
- 12th pass or graduation in any field.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Known to phone etiquette.
- Fresher and experienced both can apply.
- Should be presentable in communication.
- Should be energetic.
- Should be able to convince customers.
