**# About the Company**:
RQS Mining Pvt. Ltd. (Rajmahal Quartz Sand) operates two mines spread over areas of 10,80,000 square feet and 26,06,400 square feet, respectively, in Rajmahal, Manghalhat Hills, District Sahibgunj, Jharkhand.
RQS processes material from its mines at its automated processing unit to beneficiate and add value to the products. Through advanced automated processes, RQS provides high-grade china clay and silica sand as per customer requirements and specifications. The company produces customised silica sand according to grain size requirements and highly durable china clay, making it a specialised entity in the mining sector.

**Key Operations**:
**Products-** Silica sand and china clay for ceramic, pottery, iron & steel, and glass industries
**Applications-** China clay for ceramics and glazing; Silica sand for glass formulation and steel production
**Current Capacity-** 1,00,000 tonnes annually (with plans to expand to 1,50,000 tonnes)
**Key Customers-** Bokaro Steel Plant, Bhilai Steel Plant, and prominent pottery manufacturers pan-India

**# Position Overview**:
**# Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Operations
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities of the mining facility
- Maintain and organise all factory-related documentation systematically
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval systems for quick access to required documents
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

**Statutory Compliance & GST Management**:
Manage GST-related documentation, filing, and compliance requirements
Maintain statutory records as per mining industry regulations
Ensure timely submission of mandatory reports and returns
Keep updated with changes in government policies and regulations affecting mining operations

**Government Liaison & Coordination**:
Coordinate with various government departments, including the Mining Department, Pollution Control
Board, Labour Department, and other regulatory bodies
Maintain relationships with government officials and ensure smooth clearances
Represent the company in government meetings and inspections when required

**# Required Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Arts/Science)
- Additional certification in GST or administrative management will be an advantage

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in administrative roles
- Prior experience in a factory/manufacturing/mining environment strongly preferred
- Experience in government liaison and regulatory coordination

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

**# Compensation & Benefits**:

- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
