**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling jewellery and diamond products to customers.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery and diamond products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- **Customer Consultation**: Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations on products that meet their requirements.
- **Demonstrations**: Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, reporting any stock discrepancies or concerns to management.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in maintaining attractive displays and visual merchandising to showcase products effectively.
- **Networking**: Build relationships with existing and potential customers, industry partners, and suppliers.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records, reporting sales performance and customer interactions to management.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning**: Participate in organizing and executing events, such as trunk shows, promotions, and exhibitions.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Referrals**: Generate referrals from existing customers to expand the customer base.
- **Training**: Participate in product training and sales skills development programs.
- **Store Operations**: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security, and maintenance.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and customer service.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Product knowledge and industry awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with transactions.
- Ability to build relationships and network.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the jewellery and diamond industry or a related field.
- Proven sales track record and achievement of sales targets.
- Industry-specific certifications (e.g., GIA, Diamond Council of America) are advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
