- Error Analysis and Root Cause Investigation: Labeller should be able to

perform a detailed error analysis, cluster errors by type (e.g., factual errors,

hallucinations, misinterpretations), and propose actionable remediation steps.
- Fine-Tuning Impact Analysis: Labeller should be able to evaluate pre and

post-fine-tuning model outputs and compare the results and share the

findings.
- Multi-Turn Conversation Analysis: Should be able to analyze the

conversation logs between users and the shopping assistant over multiple

turns and see how the context is maintained or lost over the dialogue and

propose strategies or prompt modifications to improve context retention
- Prompt Engineering Research: Should be able to experiment with multiple

variations of a prompt for complex eComm queries
- Custom Benchmark Creation: Develop datasets for evaluating an LLM’s

performance, including designing test cases for various subtask
- Cross-Domain Robustness Analysis: Evaluate and compare the LLM’s

performance across these categories/Intents, identify any domain-specific

refinement processes with measurable outcomes
