**Wishes and Blessings**, established in 2014, is a unique platform dedicated to supporting the underprivileged by linking beneficiaries with donors. Through a wide range of welfare programmes across health, education, skill development, and relief, the organisation aims to create inclusive and sustainable development for vulnerable communities.

We are looking for a high performing and motivated individual to join our team as a Communications Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute outreach plans and strategies to engage with communities.
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and meetings.
- Prepare documentation including annual, donor and project reports, case studies and impact stories and information decks.
- Create promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and other relevant organizations.
- Collect and analyse feedback from outreach activities.
- Prepare reports on outreach activities and its impact.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Min. a Bachelor's degree** in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- **Proven 2+ yrs of experience** in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. **( MUST )**:

- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for community engagement.
