**Job Function**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for manufacturing tools within the electro-mechanical industry.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Research and select tools based on manufacturing needs, industry standards, and the specific requirements of electro-mechanical processes.
- Ensure that all tools meet or exceed quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of tool inventory, implementing efficient inventory control systems.
- Anticipate demand and align inventory levels with production requirements.
- Work within budget constraints to make cost-effective tool purchases, analyzing spending patterns for areas of cost savings.
- Regularly communicate with production teams to understand tool needs and collaborate on efficient procurement strategies.
- Address any issues or concerns related to tools impacting production efficiency.

**Qualification and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a procurement or tool purchasing role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
