At WeCommunities, a brand under Vivasv Infra Pvt. Ltd., we build and manage communities by bringing like-minded people together, using regenerative farming principles, with sustainable living as a possible end goal. We are Bengaluru-based and work on a community-led and collaborative project model.

We are looking to hire a marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational and research skills.
- Project management: Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews and approval for campaign launches
- Coordinating various marketing activities with external marketing/digital partner
- Plan and develop content for various digital platforms
- Ensuring that the company’s website is up-to-date
- Assisting with the lead generation process
- Creating, managing, and updating mailing and subscriber lists
- Reviewing marketing materials and suggesting improvements
- Researching and keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends
- Coordinate with the sales function for effective campaign goals/sales funnel

**Must Have**:

- Excellent and effective communication in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Smart and able to work independently
- Persuasive, positive attitude with a target-oriented work approach
- Logical, process-oriented person who effectively and strategically contributes to campaigns
- Highly analytical and creative thinker who is comfortable working with ambiguity and is genuinely passionate about data and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate in various team environments with dynamic priorities while meeting deadlines
- Quick-witted; understands and offers solutions regarding various responsibilities
- Understanding of general digital marketing terms and tactics (SEM, SEO, targeted display, social media)
- Familiarity with content management software such as WordPress, Joomla, etc.

**Good to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent
- 1-2 years of work experience in the marketing industry as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Strategist, or a similar role
- Effective communication in Kannada/Tamil/Hindi
- Own a valid driving license
