**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Guest Transportation & Service**:

- Provide punctual and safe transportation for guests to/from the Cochin International Airport (CIAL), railway stations, business meetings, tourist attractions, and other requested locations.
- Offer a warm, gracious, and professional welcome to guests upon pickup, assisting with luggage and opening doors.
- Maintain immaculate personal and vehicle hygiene to represent the hotel's luxury standards.
- Demonstrate discretion and maintain complete guest confidentiality at all times.

**2. Vehicle Maintenance & Operations**:

- Perform daily inspections of the assigned vehicle (e.g., fuel, oil, water, tires, lights) to ensure it is in perfect working condition.
- Keep the vehicle's interior and exterior impeccably clean at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance, servicing, and repairs with the Transport Manager.
- Ensure all necessary documents (vehicle insurance, registration, PUC certificate) are valid and present in the vehicle.
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to adjust routes for a smooth and timely journey.

**3. Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere strictly to all Kerala Motor Vehicles Department rules and regulations, including traffic laws and speed limits.
- Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure the absolute safety of guests, pedestrians, and the vehicle.
- Maintain a logbook of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption accurately.

**4. Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise closely with the Front Office, Concierge, and Bell Desk teams to coordinate guest pickups and drop-offs seamlessly.
- Use communication devices (e.g., mobile phone, radio) professionally and effectively.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues immediately to the Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
