About Us:
RFL helps K-12 students to develop tech and life skills through robotics, coding, IoT, 3D printing, Drones and other tech tools as a platform in fun and hands on way. We aim to produce the next generation innovators and problem solvers for the world through our unique offerings through our Omni channel presence.
Rules and Responsibility:
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Business Development Executive to join our RFL Academy. The responsibilities of the Business Development Executive include growth of students intoRobotics Field.
Generating a business for company. Pitching our courses to parents.
Working directly with students/Parents to develop solutions and suggest our stem programmers.
Assisting parents to ensure students' goals in technical development will met.
Providing one-on-one our courses guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.
Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's or associate's degree.
Excellent active listening and communication skills.
Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language.
Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
Working Days
- Monday Saturday (Sunday will be off)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,362.70 - ₹35,109.84 per month
**Benefits**:
