**About the role**:
As an SEO Content Writer, you will expand the top of the funnel by building strategies that help improve ranking positions for keywords in a competitive niche.

You will be responsible for optimizing blog posts, implementing changes in existing content repositories and web pages to improve organic search rankings, driving visibility in search engine results, and contributing to high ROI.

**What you'll do at Beaconstac**:

- ** Improve Keyword Positions**:Come up with strategies for improving the keyword positions to the top and increasing organic traffic.
- ** On-Page Optimization**: Optimize written content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other on-page SEO elements. Edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- ** Keyword Research**:Conduct keyword research to identify the most effective and targeted keywords and phrases that can drive organic traffic to the website.
- ** SEO Analysis and Reporting**:Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, and provide regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- ** Monitor Ranking Fluctuations**:Monitor core pages for ranking fluctuations and provide insights to the business to understand any rank changes.
- ** Competitive Analysis**:Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in SEO strategies and tactics.

**Skills you bring to the table**:

- ** Knowledge of SEO Principles**: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- ** Analytical Skills**:Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms like Semrush and ahrefs to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- ** Content Creation and Optimization**:Excellent writing skills and an ability to create and optimize engaging and SEO-friendly content.
- ** Communication and Collaboration**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing managers.
- ** Results-Driven**: Demonstrated track record of improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.
- ** Continuous Learning**:Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.- Familiarity with WordPress CMS.- Proven experience as an SEO Content Writer or similar role, with a solid portfolio.

**Portfolio Requirements**:
