Competencies:

- Able to design and architect - modular and reusable testing solutions.
- Drive test strategy in sync with test plans by understand product architecture and domain in details.
- Expert in framework setup, maintenance, migration activities.
- Establish design principles for QA automation and recommend as needed.
- Ability to review and audit test automation frameworks, analyze gaps and provide optimized resolutions.
- Strong knowledge of Scripting Languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, groovy etc.
- Excellent Object-Oriented coding practices, including strong design patterns knowledge, Refactoring, Clean Code etc.
- Ability to develop in-house automation tools.
- Provide solution to different teams on their technical queries and team mentoring.
- Inquisitive on current automation methodologies/tools advancements and research /evaluate /deploy new test tools.
- Work closely with the test team to identify new automation opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
- Multiple automation team handling/managing capabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology

**Required Skills**:

- QA professional with 6-8 years of test automation experience.
- Strong knowledge on functional automation tools like Cucumber /TestNG /Selenium WebDriver.
- Good exposure to Webservices /API testing with SoapUI and Restful.
- Knowledge on XML, JSON.
- Exposure on CI tool(Jenkins), SCM(GIT, SVN) and Build tool(Maven), Test Management Tool(TestLink, TestRail), Jira & Version One
- Exposure to test planning activities like effort estimation, ROI etc. along with Defect Management Tools like JIRA, Testrail, Zephyr etc.
- Strong experience in designing and building automated test frameworks for the Web /Windows /Mobile.
- Strong analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skills with problem solving approach.
- Coordinating Test team and Dev Team effectively.
- Ability to provide technical guidance to team members and junior resources.
- Experience in understanding, reviewing and analyzing functional requirements and provide optimized solution as per customer need.
- Should be flexible with timings as per project requirements.
- Hands on experience on Database Tools like, My SQLServer, SQL Server, etc.
- Ability to prioritize QA activities, deadlines and deliverables

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of AWS
- Knowledge of tools like Apache JMeter, Security Tools
- Exposure to AI/ML/Digital concepts

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
