**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through innovative ideas and proactive involvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Ready to dedicate at least one year to the company.**

- Relocate to Indore.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
