**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teaching and Subject Delivery**:

- Teach Kannada language and literature as per the PUC syllabus prescribed by the board.
- Help students understand grammar, prose, poetry, and composition.
- **Lesson Planning & Execution**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to students' learning needs.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and mock exams to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.
- **Student Mentoring**:

- Address individual learning needs and provide personalized support to students.
- Motivate students to excel in Kannada language studies and board exams.
- **Curriculum Adherence**:

- Stay updated with the latest changes in the Kannada syllabus and examination patterns.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus with thorough revision and practice sessions.
- **Resource Development**:

- Prepare high-quality notes, study materials, and question banks for students.
- Incorporate audio-visual aids and other resources to enhance the learning experience.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other student data.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and parent-teacher interactions.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Educational Qualification**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Kannada or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in teaching Kannada at the PUC or pre-university level is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Kannada.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex literary concepts for easy understanding.

**Preferred Qualities**
- Familiarity with board exam patterns and scoring techniques.
- Creative teaching methods to instill a love for the Kannada language and literature.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,314.59 - ₹35,057.97 per month
