**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to facilitate effective learning.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions and ensure safety procedures.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and exams.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and training sessions.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
