**Position**: Event Promoter( Dairy Industry )

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**: Fresher or Experience in event promotion, preferably within the dairy industry or related agricultural sectors.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel and work weekends or extended hours during events as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote dairy industry events, including trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and online advertisements.
- Identify and engage potential sponsors, partners, and exhibitors to enhance event participation and support.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends, adjusting promotion strategies accordingly.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics and event planning, working closely with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Utilize CRM systems and databases to maintain accurate attendee lists and track campaign effectiveness.
- Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, registration, and addressing attendee inquiries.
- Evaluate the success of promotional efforts by analyzing metrics such as attendance rates, engagement levels, and ROI.
