**Role summary**:

- The First-Mile Field Executive is responsible for the efficient and timely pickup of seller orders. This role involves managing daily collections, coordinating with sellers, and ensuring all packages are properly handled and transferred to the designated logistics hub.
- **Key responsibilities**:

- **Pickup and manifest management**:

- **Visit seller locations to collect all new orders on a daily basis.**:

- Verify and process all orders using a handheld device or mobile app.
- Generate and print the shipping manifest and label for each package.
- Package handling and quality check:

- **Conduct a basic quality check to ensure packages are sealed and ready for transit.**:

- Verify that the shipping label is correctly affixed to each package.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transportation.
- Seller relations and coordination:

- **Maintain positive relationships with sellers and address any issues regarding pickup schedules or order status.**:

- Communicate with sellers regarding any changes in the pickup process or delays.
- Logistics hub handoff:

- **Transport all collected packages to the designated sorting center or hub.**:

- Hand over the packages to the hub staff, ensuring all manifest records are reconciled and accounted for.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
